In fact, a recent survey conducted by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) showed that 77% of Americans believe that Q3 (NOW!) is a good time to sell their home. This record high number is a drastic improvement from the 44% reported last quarter.

A majority of those surveyed believe that the increased investment in education in several areas has been attractive to families looking to move. Almost 53% of those surveyed believe that prices in their communities have continued to rise giving their property a prime price tag. Experts also believe that the past several consecutive years of strong home price growth are enticing homeowners to consider selling.
